Erin is a lifetime staffing professional who leads the Emerge Talent brand. Based in Miami Florida, Erin is responsible for overall service and delivery for EIS. Erin ensures our delivery team has the most cutting-edge tools and a solid support structure to meet and exceed our customer and employee expectations.
Kim Dorman
Vice President, Sales
Kim has over 30 years of industry experience selling staffing solutions. Based in Western New York, Kim is responsible for overall business development. She has a strong background in building customer relationships with a consultative approach. Demonstrated skills in providing Human Resources Staffing and Talent Optimization solutions Nationally to a wide range of customers.

With more than a decade in staffing and recruiting Jessie is the perfect team member to support our clients and associates in Western New York. Jessie holds her master's degree in Business Management. Her education and experience in the business show in her meticulous attention to detail and in her excellent service to our associates and client partners.
